Ordering and Shipping Information:

When will my order ship?

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Large tank orders shipping via Fedex/UPS Freight can take extra 3-4 days before they are shipped. 

How long shipping takes?

Once your order is shipped, shipping times will vary depending on package destination. In general, shipments take around 5 – 7 business days. Priority or express shipments will arrive sooner depending on the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. International packages are shipped via Fedex and shipping times will vary depending on destination and local postal service. Rates are calculated by weight of package/delivery destination. Please email us to get a shipping quote.

PLEASE NOTE: International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated per country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. Unfortunately, Nature Aquascapes has no control over this. We are not able to mark any international packages as zero value or as gifts to avoid customs duties or fees.
